   You'll need to get this from the Paizo web site if you want it. It's a free PDF download; add it to your shopping cart and when you checkout there won't be a charge. :)

2. pathfinder07-CurseOfTheCrimsonThronePlayersGuide.pdf

   Ditto the above note about the RotRL Player's Guide, above.

   In particular, note that the PC's backstory should include references to Gaedren Lamm. There are some example ideas provided towards the end of the guidebook, but you're welcome to create your own. Before you settle on it, though, be sure to drop me an email or a PM and let me know your plan so that I can ensure it fits with Lamm's M.O. :)

3. PF_ChroniclesGuideToKorvosa-PosterMap.pdf

   Just what it says — a poster-size map of a portion of the world of Golarion.

4. Magnimar_CustomPackage.zip

   Magnimar is one of the cities on the island continent of Varisia. You likely won't need this map, but I'm including it for flavor reasons.
